What Clients Say…

“Mark  loves to help leaders and organizations realize their potential.  With quiet integrity, he will help you become a better leader by providing deep insights into the teams that you manage and by bringing clarity out of  the ‘messiness’ that inevitably comes whenever human beings come together to try to accomplish something important.”

Richard Stearns, President Emeritus, World Vision US

“Mark has helped my senior leadership team and me unlock more of our potential by guiding us through the SIMA Assessment process to discover what uniquely drives each of us toward excellence in Christian higher education. It has been amazing to see how the twelve members of our President’s Council – men and women of diverse ages and cultures – have responded to the process with a greater sense of calling and vocation in their work at Greenville University.”

— Suzanne Allison Davis J.D., President, Greenville University

"Over the last 25 years, Mark’s work and wisdom has guided both my understanding of my vocation and my ability to be more effective as a leader. At key junctures throughout my career, Mark has kept me focused on my “True North” and pursuing the best options in the right way. Mark takes the long view and is playing the long game to help his clients reach their goals and truly live into their unique purpose."

Jeff Dykstra, Senior Advisor & Founding CEO, Partners In Food Solutions; Venture Partner, Praxis

"I have gone back to Mark over and over during the course of my entrepreneurial and leadership journey at key decision points for coaching and direction. In our first successful business exit, Mark helped me understand my work purpose as a guiding north star that has been far more insightful than any of the myriads of assessments I have tried. His frameworks have helped me navigate complex and lucrative business opportunities in a way that nothing else has. I can honestly say that I would not have experienced the success I have without Mark's coaching and assessment support. "

Jonathan Anderstrom, Serial Entrepreneur, Founder, and Former CEO of Creed Interactive

“Mark is an experienced and talented leadership coach. Through Mark’s SIMA process and wise experience, he was able to draw out meaningful insights into my career to provide clarity in purpose and direction across all the arenas of my life. Mark helped me (a numbers person) with words and structure to better assess and make decisions that are aligned to my abilities and sense of calling.”

Michael Wong, COO / CFO Global Christian Relief

"When I first applied for an executive leadership role in Christian higher education, I was given the opportunity to engage the SIMA® process. I had participated in other reflective exercises in the past, but the SIMA® process was unique in that it analyzed intersections related to motivations, interests, contextual circumstances, and preferences. The process of reflecting on multi-year and multi-context patterns brought a whole new level of clarity and insight that aided my discernment process."

Sarah Visser PhD., Executive Vice President, Calvin University

“Mark is an authentic, gifted, and compassionate leader who demonstrates a unique ability to facilitate the process of connecting institutional needs and qualified candidates. He understands the balance between allowing the search process to unfold and taking the responsibility to lead with skill and humility.”

Allison Ash PhD., Associate VP of Strategy and Operations, Credo Consulting
